Day 1

Airport/Train Station Arrival: Airport/Train station arrival during the day.

01:00 pm - 02:30 pm: Lunch break & check-in. Drive to a good local restaurant for lunch.

04:30 pm - 07:30 pm: Evening Boat Ride & Ganga Aarti – Go for an evening boat ride by sunset and witness the activities by the riverside in the evening, watch the cremations at Manikarnika Ghat, and finally stop at Dasaswamedh Ghat to enjoy the Ganga Aarti ceremony from your private boat.

Please Note: You can also book a Ganga Puja with the organisers (charges Rs. 1100 per couple) and watch the Ganga Aarti sitting in the first row.


Day 2

09:30 am - 01:00 pm: Drive to Chandrawati (birthplace of the 8th Tirthankara Chandraprabhu) (approximately 30 km, 50 minutes). Spend about 1½ hours at the temples and return to Varanasi by approximately 01:00 pm.

01:00 pm - 02:00 pm: Lunch break. Drive to a good local restaurant for lunch.

02:00 pm - 03:30 pm: Weaver's District Tour – Walk through the weavers' district of Varanasi and learn about the traditional hand-weaving process of the famous Banarasi silk brocades and sarees. Visit private residences of the weavers and interact with them. You may purchase directly from the weavers.

03:30 pm - 05:00 pm: Temple Visit – Durga Temple, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, and New Vishwanath Temple inside Banaras Hindu University.

05:00 pm - 08:30 pm: Drive to Bhelupura (birthplace of the 23rd Tirthankara Parshavnath), followed by a visit to Bhaidaini (birthplace of the 7th Tirthankara Suparshavnath).


Day 3

05:00 am - 08:00 am: Morning Boat Ride – Enjoy a sunrise boat ride on the Ganges, witness pilgrims performing rituals, and visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple after the boat ride.

08:00 am - 09:30 am: Local breakfast in the old city or return to the hotel for breakfast and rest.

09:30 am - 01:00 pm: Visit Simhapuri (birthplace of the 11th Tirthankara Shreyansnath), followed by a visit to Sarnath where Lord Buddha delivered his First Sermon (Dharma Chakra Pravartana). Visit the excavated ruins and museum (Museum remains closed on Fridays).

01:00 pm - 02:30 pm: Lunch break. Drive to a good local restaurant for lunch.

02:30 pm - 05:00 pm: Explore Varanasi's famous handicrafts including Carpets, Wooden Toys, Silver Enamel Work (Gulabi Minakari), and Metal Statues. These products are certified under the GI Tag.

05:00 pm - 07:30 pm: Flavors of Varanasi – Visit 5–6 popular local eateries and enjoy a variety of authentic Banarasi food and beverages.
