City Tour

City Tour (Duration - 02 hours 30 minutes approx).

The City tour takes you to the famous Banaras Hindu University. BHU is one of the top ranking universities in India and the largest residential universities in Asia. The university's main campus spread over 1,300 acres of land. Visit the new Kashi Vishwanath temple inside the university.
After the university visit the famous Durga Temple. A beautiful temple painted in red. It was constructed in 18th century by Bengali Maharani. Next to the temple, is a kund (pond) which was earlier connected to the river Ganges.
Finally visit the Bharat Mata Temple. Instead of traditional statues of Gods and Goddesses, this temple has a huge map of undivided India carved in marble. This temple is dedicated to Bharat Mata and claims to be the only one of its kind in the world.

The price includes the guide fee only. It does not include transportation cost from the hotel to the old city and back.
